Coach Sitler comes to Fleetwood with over 25 years of coaching experience (18 as a varsity head coach).  Coach Sitler was a three year starter in high school that was highlighted with a PIAA State Championship in his senior year, his college career was cut short due to a knee injury.  Coach Sitler is big on fostering a "FAMILY" atmosphere on the team.  A little bit of “Old School” is what you will see with Coach Sitler’s teams – discipline, fundamentals and hard work.  The secret to success is doing all of the “Little Things" well.  Every possession counts” will be heard many times during his practices.  Coach Sitler will oversee the Fleetwood boys basketball program from 3rd grade through 12th grade.
